NFL’s first female official to make debut Thursday in Packers Game
Shannon Eastin will be an official in Thursday’s San Diego Chargers – Green Bay Packers game. Eastin has over 16 years of experience in the MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) and will serve as line Judge Thursday.
“It may sound crazy to some people, but I think I can be in the NFL some day. I told them that I would go referee in the NFL Europe league for five years if that’s what it takes,” she said to The Arizona Republic back in 1999.
We are looking forward to her Debut and wish her luck in her NFL career.
“You’ve got to believe in yourself. If you don’t, nobody else will.” -Shannon Eastin
